Once your onboarding is complete and your property information is configured, we’ll begin the final setup to publish your AI agent — Bima — on your property’s digital channels.


🟢 Live Chat Deployment (Standard Plan)

If you're on the standard plan, your AI agent will be published to your website’s Live Chat widget within 24 hours after the onboarding call.

  • Bima will begin responding to inquiries in real-time.

  • Your internal WhatsApp notifications will be active (inquiry started, link sent, clicked, and booked).

  • All conversations will be visible in your dashboard immediately.


📣 WhatsApp Ads Activation (Ads Plan Only)

If you're subscribed to the Ads + AI plan, our team will handle the additional setup for your Meta Ads integration, including:

  • Connecting your Meta Business Manager & Facebook Page

  • Launching click-to-WhatsApp ad campaigns targeting your ideal audience

  • Ensuring all ad conversations are automatically routed to Bima

This process typically takes 1–3 business days after onboarding, depending on your Meta account status and ad review times.

You’ll be able to:

  • Monitor all conversations in real time via the Conversations tab

  • Receive instant updates in your WhatsApp group when guests interact

  • Track engagement, booking link clicks, and conversions in your dashboard
