This Quickstart page will guide you through the essentials to get up and running quickly.
✅ Step 1: Complete Your Onboarding Call
We’ll walk you through:
Selecting which packages or offers to promote
Defining your AI tone, voice, and branding
Setting up your WhatsApp Business Account (for FUPs)
Configuring your channel manager or PMS integration if supported
Setting up Meta Ads (if subscribed to the Ads + AI plan)

Use your dashboard to track:

💬 Step 4: Check Conversations
Conversations are managed in two tabs:
Live Chat: Website widget conversations
WhatsApp: Guest replies from follow-ups or Meta Ads

📇 Step 5: Manage Guest Profiles
All guest contacts are saved automatically:
WhatsApp: Auto-maps name + phone
Live Chat: Guest must submit contact details during chat
Tags help track journey stages — please do not delete or edit tags unless using
ai off

Each guest is tracked in your Opportunities pipeline, showing their stage:
New Inquiry → CI Accomplished → CO Accomplished → Adults Pax Accomplished → Children Pax Accomplished → All Stay Details Accomplished → Booking Link Sent → Booking Link Clicked → Booking Made
This is fully automated — no manual input needed.
