Contacts

This is where all guest data — from all messaging channels — are stored and managed.

This view displays all guest profiles generated from either WhatsApp or Live Chat conversations. WhatsApp contacts are automatically populated with guest name and phone number, while Live Chat contacts will require name and contact details to be collected conversationally during the chat flow. Tags on the far right indicate interaction type and AI handling status.

🔍 Key Details

✅ WhatsApp Inquiries

  • Phone number and guest name are auto-mapped based on Meta account information

  • No manual input required by the guest

💬 Live Chat Inquiries

  • Guest name and contact info WILL be collected via conversation by Bima prior to sending the booking link.

  • If the guest doesn’t respond with details, their contact will not be sent a booking link.

🏷️ Tags (Right Column)

  • Tags like live chat, rs url requested, etc. are automatically added by the system and should NOT be manually removed or changed

  • The only tag you’re allowed to manually add or remove is:

    • ai off → This turns off AI replies for that specific guest


⚠️ Important Reminders

  • Do not delete or modify any tags unless you are disabling AI by adding/removing ai off

  • 🧠 The tags are used by automation and analytics systems to track behavior, FUPs, and booking intent

  • 🗃️ You can sort or filter contacts using columns like Last Activity, Created, or Tags
