💬 Live Chat Inquiries
Guest name and contact info WILL be collected via conversation by Bima prior to sending the booking link.
If the guest doesn’t respond with details, their contact will not be sent a booking link.
🏷️ Tags (Right Column)
Tags like
live chat,rs url requested, etc. are automatically added by the system and should NOT be manually removed or changedThe only tag you’re allowed to manually add or remove is:
ai off→ This turns off AI replies for that specific guest
